GOWrite 2 Installation
After download execute installation program.

GOWrite 2 Requirements
GOWrite 2 version 3.0.23 and later are alone sufficient.
Versions before 3.0.23 require Java runtime environment (JRE, version 11 or later),
to be present. Adopt OpenJDK project offers JRE for free. In 64bit Windows GOWrite 2 requires 64bit java JRE (after
version 2.3.31).
Please note that 1.3.x or earlier runtime can not be used. 1.4 can be used only with old GOWrite 2.2 and earlier.
GOWrite 2 version 3.0.23 requires 64-bit Windows 10 (no other known requirements).
GOWrite before 3.0.23 and 2.3 (and its installation program) should be possible to use in
- Pentium II processor running at 1GHz (or similar).
- Normal memory required by operating system.
- Screen resolution 800x600 for basic use. For publication use 1024x800 is recommented.
- Windows 7 (using x86 processor)
- Windows 10 and later (using x86 processor)
Tested platforms
GOWrite 3.0.23 has been tested with 64-bit Windows 10.
GOWrite 3.0 has been tested with Windows 10 using JRE 11 and 64bit JRE. Early 3.0 versions were tested using Java 8.
GOWrite 2.3 has been tested with Windows 2000, XP and vista using JRE 1.5.0 and 1.6.0 using 32bit Java JRE.
GOWrite 2.3 has been tested with 64bit Windows 7 using using 64bit Java JRE.
GOWrite 2.2 has been tested in Windows 98 and in Windows 2000 using JRE version 1.4.2 and 1.5.0.
