Few minor bugs fixed:

• Certain (rare) editing operations confused internal data structures. This was not detected, as assertations were not active in debug environment.
  Installation side reduced (~200k).
  Rare(?) bug in SJIS writing fixed.
  Minor updates to help.
  Some internal problems fixed.

2.1.15 will be promoted to stabile after few days, if no serious problems found.
